At IMS, prime importance is given to health. The institute's infirmary is manned by qualified medical and nursing staff. The Resident Medical Officer conducts regular medical check-ups and individual medical cards are maintained. A pediatrician, along with a nurse, takes care of health, hygiene and sanitation aspects of the campus. Periodic eye, dental and skin check-ups are organized for the students. In case of emergencies, a well-equipped ambulance is available for immediate whisking to an exclusive city-based multi-specialty hospital with which we have a tie-up.

The infirmary also functions as a health centre, and maintains detailed medical records of all residents of campus. These details prove extremely useful in times of medical attention or emergency.
