IMS School of Management is a vibrant and proactive educational school committed to develop Management leaders through quality education, research, executive training and consultancy in management, thereby fulfilling the contemporary needs of industry, business, government and society at large.
The school provides a platform where students learn in a friendly atmosphere of openness, and inculcate culture of participation and fairness .The school’s conducive environment is perfect for growth and learning. Further, it also gives the benefits of innovative pedagogy and exposure to top academicians, industry leaders and practitioners.
The students at the school are assigned team activities to develop shared vision, fed on case studies to develop analytical and presentation skills, guided to use quantitative techniques to identify opportunities/threats, grilled through continuous evaluation to develop the habit of bench marking, encouraged to manage national level events to gain hands on experience, and exposed to regular classes to build strong fundamentals. Further, they are encouraged to organize and attend workshops to get networked, present seminar topics to remain tuned to the latest, carry out research to help develop knowledge, to work on live projects to develop project planning and management skills.

About the Dean:
With more than 30 years of rich experience as an economic researcher, teacher, trainer and government policy advisor in the field of Public Finance & Policy Dr. Pawan K Aggarwal is a name to reckon with the field of Academics & Research.
A Ph.D in economics from the prestigious Delhi School of Economics, University of Delhi Dr. Aggarwal has serverd as consultant to various international organizations such as World Bank (WB), Department for International Development (DFID-UK), United Nations Development Program (UNDP), and United States Agency for International Development (USAID). He was instrumental in introduction of State VAT in the Indian States. He has conducted more than 70 research studies, authored 9 books and published 21 Research Papers of practical relevance in National & International Journals.
