Student Registration

Training & Placement is not a matter of right for the students. It is simply an assistance that IMS Dehradun is providing to its eligible students.

Each student who wishes to avail on-campus / off-campus placement options organized by has to register himself / herself by filling the prescribed form with the T&P Department. The major rules and regulations binding on the student are mentioned below:

	It is compulsory for all Final Year Students (interested for a job through IMS Dehradun)to get themselves registered with T&P Department at IMS, Dehradun for different placement activities.

	Students who fail to get themselves registered with the T&P Department will not be allowed to participate in any Placement activity (On-Campus or Off-Campus) conducted by IMS, Dehradun.

	Students having back(s) in previous Semesters will be registered provisionally. (Provisional registration shall get confirmed only on clearing the back papers,).

	Students having aggregate marks less than 60% in the previous Semesters are not eligible for Registration.

	Students proved guilty in more than one campus Disciplinary Case shall not be eligible to register with the T&P department.

	Students with a minimum attendance of 60% are only eligible to get registered with the Department

	Students once Placed through T&P Department will not be eligible to participate in subsequent placement activities.

	Students will be required to give their consent to sit for a specific Placement activity in advance. If a student after giving consent does not sit for the specified placement activity then he /she will not be eligible to participate in subsequent placement activities and his /her name shall automatically get deleted from the Placement Data.

	Geographical Location preferences / placement shall solely be the discretion of the Company. Student will not be entitled to give any location preference. Location once given by the company shall be final and binding on the student.
