The prevailing worldwide economic conditions witness high fluctuations that in turn pose great challenges for the corporate managers. In the context of present turbulent economic scenario, the seminar aims at gaining the knowledge, both theoretical and empirical for managing the business under fluctuating and unpredictable environmental conditions. With competition taking a new turn every day, organizations need to focus on their capability enhancement in every sphere whether it is in Human Resources, Marketing, Finance or Operations and resolve all issues pertaining to management of all capabilities that an organization may possess. Equally significant are the ongoing developments in Information and Communication Technology. In the globalized era, it is just impossible to imagine the success of any business without the use of IT. Previous years have witnessed an explosive demand for IT enabled services in the sectors such as telecom, banking, insurance, retail, health care, tourism and automobiles etc. Contribution of IT to the success of corporate world and taking Indian economy at new height; is well understood/known. Therefore, this seminar will also focus on the various issues and emerging challenges of IT sector.
